The People's Democratic Party (Indonesian: Partai Rakyat Demokratik, PRD) was a democratic socialist party in Indonesia.
That was in 1996 when the newly formed left-wing party, the Peoples Democratic Party, was denouncing the Suharto regime for the 1965-66 massacre.
The left-wing People's Democratic Party (PRD) held its eighth congress in Jakarta from March 24-26.
