Perry Tuttle (born August 2, 1959) is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). He was a national champion and Clemson football standout in the early 1980s. His career continued into the NFL (Buffalo Bills, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Atlanta Falcons) and Canadian Football League (CFL) (Winnipeg Blue Bombers).
