Peter Hatendi

Ralph Peter Hatendi DD AKC[1] (9 April 1927 – 31 August 2018) was a Zimbabwean bishop of Harare and Mashonaland from 1979 to his reluctant retirement in 1995.[2][3] He later came out of retirement to serve as Interim Bishop of Manicaland from 2008[4] until 2009, when his son-in-law was elected to the See.[5] In 1964/65 he was the vicar in the UK Lincolnshire village of Tetford.[citation needed]
