Peter Seah Lim Huat (Chinese: 佘林发; pinyin: Shé Línfā; born 1947) is a business executive. He went to the National University of Singapore in 1968, and after graduation, worked as a sales executive. Seah later joined Citibank.[2] In 1977 he moved to Overseas Union Bank, where he held various senior positions until he became the CEO and Vice-Chairman in 1991.[3]

From 2001 to 2015, Seah served on the Board of CapitaLand.[citation needed] Simultaneously, from 2001 to 2013, he was among the board of directors at Singapore Technologies Engineering. In May 2010 he became the Chairman of DBS Bank, and later in Singapore Airlines in 2017.

Seah holds numerous board positions, including being the Chairman of LASALLE College of the Arts in Singapore. He was awarded the Public Service Star during the National Day Awards in Singapore. In 2012, Seah was conferred the Distinguished Service Order.
