Philip Rubens

Philip Rubens (/ˈrbənz/; Dutch: [ˈrybəns]; 1574–1611), was a Flemish antiquarian, librarian, philologist and city administrator from the Habsburg Netherlands. He was the older brother of the prominent Flemish Baroque painter Peter Paul Rubens.[1]
