The Philippine Bank of Communications (PSEPBC), more commonly known as PBCOM (Hokkien Chinese: 菲律賓交通銀行; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Hui-li̍p-pin Kau-thong Gûn-hâng; & Mandarin simplified Chinese: 菲律宾交通银行; traditional Chinese: 菲律賓交通銀行; pinyin: Fēilǜbīn Jiāotōng Yínháng), is a universal bank[1] in the Philippines. It was founded in 1939. The bank's headquarters, PBCom Tower, located in Makati, is the second-tallest building in the Philippines.
