Pohrebyshche (Ukrainian: Погребище) is a small city in Vinnytsia Oblast, Ukraine. It served as the administrative center of Pohrebyshche Raion (district) until its abolishment in 2020, when it was incorporated into Vinnytsia Raion. Pohrebyshche is situated near the sources of the Ros River. Population: 9,209 (2022 estimate).[1]
Pohrebyshche is also known as Polish: Pohrebyszcze, Russian: Погребище Pogrebischtsche or Pogrebishchye or Pogrebishche, Yiddish: פרהאבישטא Prhobisht.
