Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani (translation: This Is a Story of Love) is an Indian supernatural television series produced by Ekta Kapoor that aired on STAR One from 18 October 2010 to 15 December 2011. Developed under the working title "Fanaa", it was regarded as one of the more ambitious projects by producer Ekta Kapoor.[2] Starring Vivian Dsena and Sukirti Kandpal, the show was the first youth-centric supernatural series in India[3] inspired by The Vampire Diaries[4] and the Twilight Saga.[5] Vivian Dsena's portrayal of a vampire helped establish his public notability.[6]
