Qingmao Port or Qingmao Checkpoint(Chinese: 青茂口岸; Portuguese: Posto Fronteiriço Qingmao), also known as Channel in Guangdong and Macau(Chinese: 粵澳新通道; lit. 'Guangdong-Macau New Corridor'[1]; Portuguese: Novo Acesso Fronteiriço Guangdong-Macau), connects between the Ilha Verde region of Macau and the Zhuhai railway station[2][3], with a designed customs clearance volume of 200,000 passengers. [4][5][6]Mainly self-service customs clearance, it can pass through by only pedestrians and there is no vehicle access[5]. Spanning between Guangdong and Macao, it covers an area of approximately 28,000 square meters[5]. The main construction land and construction content are located in Macao, and a small number of facilities are erected over the Canal dos Patos[4][7].
Qingmao Port or Qingmao Checkpoint (Chinese: 青茂口岸) is a regional land border port in the People's Republic of China, connecting the terminal station of Guangzhu intercity railway[5] and located in Xiangzhou, Zhuhai, Guangdong.
Qingmao Port-Macau Frontier Post Building (Chinese: 青茂口岸澳門邊檢大樓; Portuguese: Edifício Posto Fronteiriço de Macau do Posto Fronteiriço Qingmao) is the fifth land cross-border passage between the Macau SAR and Zhuhai, Guangdong, and implements 24-hour customs clearance[2][5][6]. This port becomes the second official port between Zhuhai and Macao that is open around the clock.
This port is the third land entry and exit port to and from Zhuhai and Macao after the HZMB Zhuhai-Macao Port and Hengqin Port. It adopts the customs clearance model of "Joint Inspection and One-Time Release" (Chinese: 「合作查驗,一次放行」; Portuguese: "Inspecção Fronteiriça Integral (One Stop)") . When passengers clear customs, they will first pass through the customs inspection area of the departure party, then undergo document inspection by personnel from both parties, and finally pass through the customs inspection area of the entry party.[3][6]
