Quinton Carter (born July 20, 1988) is an American former professional football player who was a safety in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Oklahoma Sooners, earning consensus All-American honors in 2010. He was selected by the Denver Broncos in the fourth round of the 2011 NFL draft. In 2017, Carter opened Big Jerk, a Caribbean restaurant, in Las Vegas.
