RIDE is a ridesharing service in Ethiopia founded by Samrawit Fikru, founder of Hybrid Designs PLC. In July 2017, RIDE relaunched as a mobile app. Since 2016, RIDE service authorized 42,000 taxi drivers, charging with 12% commission.^[1]
