Randall Pennington Gumpert (January 23, 1918 – November 25, 2008) was an American professional baseball pitcher, manager, scout and coach. A right-hander, he appeared in 261 games over ten seasons in Major League Baseball as a member of the Philadelphia Athletics, New York Yankees, Chicago White Sox, Boston Red Sox and Washington Senators (1936–1938; 1946−1952). The native of Monocacy Station, Pennsylvania, was listed as 6 feet 3 inches (1.91 m) tall and 185 pounds (84 kg).
