Lewis Lorando "Randy" McMillan (born December 17, 1958) is an American former professional football player who was a fullback in the National Football League (NFL). McMillan played for the Baltimore/Indianapolis Colts from 1981 to 1986. He was selected by the Baltimore Colts in the first round of the 1981 NFL draft with the 12th overall pick. McMillan played collegiately for Harford Community College, earning All-American junior college honors, before transferring to the University of Pittsburgh.
