Raphael Rutman (Modern Hebrew: רפאל ראטמאן, born November 18, 1972) — is a Chabad Rabbi and a Shliach[1] ("emissary") of the Lubavitcher Rebbe Menachem Mendel Schneerson.[2] Executive Chairman of the Federation of Jewish Communities of Ukraine.[3][4]
