Abū Zurʿa Rawḥ ibn Zinbāʿ al-Judhāmī (Arabic: روح بن زنباع الجذامي) (died 703) was the Umayyad governor of Palestine, one of the main advisers of Caliph Abd al-Malik and the chieftain of the Judham tribe.
