Raymond E. Basham (born May 24, 1945) is a politician from the U.S. state of Michigan. He was a Democratic member of the Michigan Senate, representing the 8th District from 2003 to 2009. His district was located in central Wayne County. Previously he was a member of the Michigan House of Representatives from 1997 to 2002.[1][2] He currently serves as a member of the Wayne County Commission.
