Raymond Zéphirin Mboulou (born 19 March 1956[1][2]) is a Congolese politician who has served in the government of Congo-Brazzaville as Minister of the Interior since December 2007. Previously, he was Secretary-General of the Presidency from May 2007 to December 2007.
