Jesus Marino "Rene" Gandiongco Espina[1] (December 26, 1929 – September 13, 2019[1]) was a Filipino lawyer, legislator, and politician. He served as Governor of the province of Cebu, Philippines (1963–1969) and Senator (1970–1973).
