Rhys Hanbury (born 27 August 1985) is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who last played for the Widnes Vikings in the Super League.[6]

He previously played for the Wests Tigers in the National Rugby League (NRL).

Hanbury primarily plays at fullback and can also operate as a halfback.[7] He played junior football with Illawarra Wests.[citation needed]
