Richard H. Romer (born February 27, 1966) is an American former professional football linebacker. He played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Cincinnati Bengals from 1988 to 1989. He was selected by the Bengals in the seventh round of the 1988 NFL draft after playing college football for the Union Dutchmen.
