Richard Dale Roth (born November 6, 1950) is an American politician, currently serving in the California State Senate.[1] A Democrat, he represents the 31st Senate District, encompassing northwestern Riverside County, including the cities of Corona, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, Moreno Valley, Norco, Perris, and Riverside.
Prior to being elected to the state senate in 2012, Roth served as a major general in the United States Air Force, and as a practicing attorney.
