Richard Weize (Born August 4, 1945 in Bad Gandersheim, Germany) is the founder of Bear Family Records label,[1] operator of the Richard Weize Archives,[2] and an author.[3] Weize and his work has been featured in the Los Angeles Times,[4] Rolling Stone[5] Die Zeit,[6] Welt,[7] Die Presse,[8] Der Standard,[9] and more.
