Robert J. Rodriguez (born April 11, 1976)[1] is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the New York State Dormitory Authority. He was the former Secretary of State of New York from December 2021 to May 2024. He also served as a Democratic Member of the New York State Assembly, representing the 68th Assembly District based in East Harlem.
