Lieutenant General Robert Mood (born 8 December 1958) is the President of Norwegian Red Cross and a retired Norwegian Army officer.[1] He is the former head of the United Nations Supervision Mission in Syria (UNSMIS), Inspector General of the Norwegian Army, and Chief of Staff of the United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO).
