The Diocese of Sioux Falls (Latin: Dioecesis Siouxormensis) is a Latin Church diocese of the Catholic Church diocese in South Dakota in the United States. It is a suffragan see of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis.
The Diocese of Sioux Falls covers South Dakota east of the Missouri River. The mother church is St. Joseph Cathedral in Sioux Falls. Since 2020, the Diocese has been led by bishop Donald DeGrood.
