Roman Vladimirovich Starovoyt (Russian: Роман Владимирович Старовойт; born 20 January 1972) is a Russian politician serving as Minister of Transport since May 2024. He previously served as Governor of Kursk Oblast from 2019 to 2024, Deputy Minister of Transport, and the head of the Federal Road Agency in that ministry. He is member of United Russia party.
He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation.[1]
