Saint-Marcellin-en-Forez (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ maʁsəlɛ̃ ɑ̃ fɔʁɛ], literally Saint-Marcellin in Forez; Occitan: Sant Marcelin) is a commune in the Loire department in central France.[3]
