Sakina Itoo (born 5 December 1970[1]) is a Kashmiri politician who has served as Cabinet Minister of Jammu and Kashmir erstwhile State. She has also served as minister for several departments, eg , Social Welfare and Administrative Reforms, Inspections, Trainings & Public Grievances, Education, Tourism, Floriculture,Public Works, PHE, etc. She is the Youngest Member of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, she was only 26 year old when she won her first assembly election in 1996. She has won "Best MLA Award" in 2012 for her outstanding work in her constituency.

She is the president for Jammu & Kashmir National Conference in South Kashmir also state secretary of national conference and she was the only woman to serve in Kashmir's state cabinet ministry in 2008 when Omar Abdullah was incumbent chief minister.[2][3]
