Samuel Paulescu (Romanian: Păulescu; born April 18, 1984) is a former American football punter in the National Football League (NFL) for the Denver Broncos, Dallas Cowboys, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Washington Redskins. He also was a member of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at Oregon State University.
