San Andres, officially the Municipality of San Andres, is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Catanduanes, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 38,480 people.[3]
It is formerly known as Calolbon.
San Andres is 18 kilometres (11 mi) from Virac.
