Sar Bala (Persian: سربالا)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Pain Rokh Rural District of Jolgeh Rokh District, Torbat-e Heydarieh County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[4] The previous capital of the rural district was Nasar.[5]
