Savitri (Savi) Naipaul Akal (b. 1928)[1] is a memoirist and former teacher from Trinidad. She is the daughter of author Seepersad Naipaul and his wife Droapatie (née Capildeo), and the sister of V. S. Naipaul and Shiva Naipaul.
