Sean P. Ludwick (born 1972/1973) is an American real estate developer.[1] He is the founder and managing partner of Black House Development, a residential development firm.[2][3] He was convicted in 2017 of aggravated vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in a death, and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
