The Second Investigation Department or AOTD (Lithuanian: Antrasis operatyvinių tarnybų departamentas) is a Lithuanian intelligence agency under the Ministry of National Defence. It conducts military intelligence as well as intelligence and counterintelligence in the areas of defense.^[1]
