Sedefkar Mehmed Agha or Sedefqar Mehmeti of Elbasan (Modern Turkish: Sedefkâr Mehmet Ağa, Albanian: Sedefqar Mehmeti Aga Elbasanit, about 1540–1617) is recorded as the Ottoman architect of the Sultan Ahmed Mosque (the "Blue Mosque") in Istanbul.
