Sergey Alexandrovich Tereshchenko (Cyrillic: Сергей Александрович Терещенко; 30 March 1951 – 10 February 2023) was a Kazakhstani politician. He served as the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan from 1991 to 1994 and later as the acting chairman of Otan from 1999 to 2002.
