Shaheen Rahman, NUP, ndc, ncc, psc is a two star admiral of Bangladesh Navy and the incumbent chairman of Mongla Port Authority.^[1] He also served as Commander Flotilla West leading the Western Fleet, senior directing staff (Navy) at the National Defence College in Dhaka, and Commander Khulna Naval Area, taking charge of a broad area under Bangladesh Navy. Additionally, he briefly served as the assistant chief of naval staff (personnel).^[2]
