Sherman Cedric Williams (born August 13, 1973) is an American former professional football player who was a running back in the National Football League (NFL) for the Dallas Cowboys; he was a member of their Super Bowl XXX team that defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide and was selected by the Cowboys in the second round of the 1995 NFL draft.
