Sidda Raghava Rao (born 10 August 1957) is an Indian politician who was elected to the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly in 2014. He was appointed Minister for Transport, Roads and Buildings and later to the Andhra Pradesh cabinet as Minister for Environment, Forests, Science and Technology. After losing in the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections, Raghava Rao joined the YSR Congress Party in June 2020 from Ongole Assembly constituency on a Telugu Desam Party (TDP) ticket.[further explanation needed]
