Sintrivani metro station (Greek: Σιντριβάνι, literally Fountain)[2] is an under-construction metro station serving Thessaloniki Metro's Line 1 and Line 2. It is expected to enter service in 2023.[3] The station is named after an Ottoman fountain, which marked the eastern entrance into the walled city before its expansion, and the Thessaloniki International Fair, whose grounds are immediately adjacent.
Once it opens in 2024, it will function as the terminus of both lines 1 and 2 until the section between New Railway Station and Agias Sofias opens in 2021.[4]
