Edmund "Snow" Pineda Badua (born April 22, 1977) is a Filipino sports journalist writing articles for Spin.ph. He is also the founder of "PTV Sports", a nightly sports newscast aired on PTV which served as his home network from March 2006 to January 2015. Badua also served as the first commissioner of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) in 2017. He was succeeded by Kenneth Duremdes before the league's inaugural season began.
