The album features collaborations with gospel artists such as Kirk Franklin, Tramaine Hawkins, Crystal Lewis, and Natalie Wilson of the S.O.P Chorale. Spiritual Love spawned the singles, "Put Your Hands", "I Promise", "My Body" and "There He Is".
