The Reverend Stephen Arena Privett, S.J. (/prɪˈvɛt/ priv-ET; born 1942 San Francisco, California) is a Roman Catholic priest and member of the Society of Jesus. Father Privett was the 27th president of the University of San Francisco.[1] Father Privett currently serves as the 5th President of Verbum Dei High School, a member of the Cristo Rey Network of schools. He was inaugurated as President of Verbum Dei High School on September 18, 2018.[2]
