Stuart W. Bowen Jr. (born March 24, 1958), is an American lawyer who served as the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction (SIGIR) from October 2004 to October 2013.[1] He previously served as the Inspector General for the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA-IG) in January 2004.[citation needed]
