Syrian Hezbollah is the Syrian branch of the Lebanese Shia political party and paramilitary organization, Hezbollah, fighting in the Syrian Civil War.[4] The group is directly trained by the Lebanese Hezbollah, the IRGC, and the Syrian Armed Forces.[5] The group has fighters deployed in Damascus, Aleppo, Daraa, and Quneitra.[1] The groups has also participated in the Iran-Israel proxy conflict. Quwat al-Ridha has obscure links with Syrian Hezbollah.[2] In October 30, Syrian Hezbollah militants conducted rocket attacks targeting US forces stationed at Conoco.[6]
