Tahesha Leila Way (née Wright; born 1971 or 1972)[1][2] is an American politician, lawyer, and judge from New Jersey. A member of the Democratic Party, she has served as the state's third lieutenant governor since 2023, and as its 34th secretary of State since 2018. She was previously a member and director of the Board of Chosen Freeholders in Passaic County, New Jersey.
