Mohamed Taib bin Besar (1916 – 22 January 1974) was a Bruneian magistrate and civil servant who formerly took office as the State Secretary from 1967 to 1969,[1] and Acting Land Commissioner from 1961 to 1962.[2] Additionally, he was a member of the Council of Ministers and Legislative Council.[3]
