Is this an independent and notable concept? Apart from this article, all google hits for "Business Decision Mapping" relate somehow to the linked commercial product, bcisive. The introduction is almost word-for-word drawn from the bcisive web page.
I think this is a commercial effort.
If not, it needs an actual description of what the subject is. That's currently missing!

This is a commercial effort and violates copyrights. If it is the purpose of Wikipedia to provide accurate and meaningful definitions, You have been had. Business Decision Mapping is a commercial adventure by an organization which among other unethical practices is abusing the copryright and trademark of The Mapping Alliance Inc. who own the copyright for the terms MAP, and "Decision Mapping" ...
