The title track of Donald Fagen's 1982 album "The Nightfly" features a prominent reference to Chesterfield Kings and a package is also featured on the album cover (http://en.wikipedia.orgview_html.php?sq=Envato&lang=en&q=The_Nightfly). I have also heard a sound clip of W.C. Fields responding that the "C" in his name stood for "Chester" which apparently cost him a sponsorship from Luck Strike. _______
