I am currently doing research into the history of different HMO companies. I know the East West healthcare is affiliated with East West Bank. But at this point all that I am sure of, apparently, is that East West HMO is a product of East West Bank's acquisition of AIG Philamcare's assets, more or less. Perhaps readers and researchers would appreciate more detailed information on a company's origins and history, apart from what info they can get from press releases or what's on said company's website.
